A full featured pocket otoscope that sacrifices nothing, the new ADC^® Pocket Otoscope features a 2.5V halogen light source for true tissue color and long lasting lamp performance and fiberoptics for cool, obstruction free light transmission. It utilizes a wide angle, swivel 3x viewing lens permits instrumentation. The otoscope head is made from ABS (an impact resistant space age thermoplastic). It uses Welch Allyn disposable polypropylene ear specula in 2.5mm and 4.25mm sizes. The "AA" battery handle interchanges with pocket Ophthalmoscope. There is a pocket clip with integral on/off slide switch for ambidextrous use. The complete instrument includes a tube of 5 each 2.5mm and 4.25mm specula, a spare lamp, and a Lifetime Quality Performance Guarantee on optics.
