It is machine washable and reusable.  This absorbent underpad can be more effective and economical than disposable underpads. It is large enough to cover the center portion of the bed, where protection is needed most. The non-slip bottom layer keeps the pad in place to guard against stains and damage to your mattress or bedding. Medline reusable bed and chair pads feature a quilted soft cotton top-layer for added comfort and quicker wicking away of wetness. Features absorbent rayon soaker lining and waterproof, non-slip barrier. This reusable underpad will protect your linens and upholstery for at least 250 washings. In order to achieve this performance, do not over bleach or over dry.
